I messaged looking for an appointment short notice due to my shifts being a little all over the place and despite being booked up I was squeezed in the same week. From the time I arrived I didn't feel like I'd been fitted in between appointments as the ladies were so friendly and patient. I had an idea of what I thought I wanted and they tried them on me only for me to decide that they really didn't suit me. They pulled a dress out and suggested I try it and it was perfect, it suited me and my body shape perfectly, they knew exactly what would work and made the whole process easy. They even did the alterations in house and I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend 100% to anyone.

Cannot recommend Helen and the team at Do You Believe? enough. I contacted them trying to find a dress I’d seen online by one of their designers…. they were able to have it sent to the shop within a few days where I went to try it on. The whole experience was wonderful - comfortable, professional and never pushy. We stayed in regular contact and subsequent appointments were also a joy. I’m a very happy and hugely grateful bride!

Finally got my wedding photos back and can Show off my beautiful Dress 😍 Helen was so down to earth, making me feel so comfortable in the shop (especially me being a bigger woman), she made me feel beautiful and worthy of trying any style dress on, she had patience, and she listened as well as guided me. Nothing was too big an ask for Helen and the team they were amazing. Karen was also fantastic during the fittings and again advised and also listened to me and my preferences. As my wedding was originally planned at the start of lockdown, life didn’t exactly go to plan for us and we ended up having another baby. Thus meaning my body shape had changed and would never get into my dress. I messaged Helen to explain and luckily I was able to get a bigger size In my chosen dress. They also created my daughter’s flower girl dress with the same lacing from my dress so that she matched me and it was the cutest little dress. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making me feel like a real princess and wearing the dress of my dreams. 100% recommend Do You Believe for that personal dress experience xx

Since ordering my dress in 2019, covid hit and Helen put up with me worrying every few months that I made the wrong choice and allowed me to keep going down to try it on, to fall in love with the dress all over again. The ladies at Do You Believe we’re absolutely incredible! I chose this bridal boutique because it was where my sister purchased her wedding dress from for her wedding in 2019. They were absolutely exceptional with her and so there was only one place that I was going to get my dress from! I booked an appointment with only 5 months until my wedding, the ladies were lovely but also very realistic with my time frame. The ladies moved heaven and earth to get my dream dress for me in time for my wedding! I cannot recommend this bridal boutique enough, great communication through out the whole process and are able to organize everything from ordering the dress to final alterations! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. They always really fuss me or whoever I'm buying for and I have never failed to find a dress I am happy with. I first used them in 2009 for my wedding dress and they've dressed me and my girls for every major life event since. The most friendly and helpful staff with an amazing selection of dresses, both for weddings and proms. Thank you Helen, I have no idea where I would go without you.

Helen and her team were so helpful. Helen took the measurements of my daughter for her prom dress, it fitted to perfection. The range of proms dress was greet but we settled on a Tiffany one. Lovely shop and great customer service. X
