Good nail salon , no appointment necessary , friendly and talented staff .Excellent acrylic nails .

I use to have the spa pedi but I found that I would be left for a long time (45 mins just soaking my feet) while the staff went off doing other clients hands. The last time I went I asked for just a pedi (without the soak). I waited while the staff member finished working on a guy who was also having a pedi. When it was my turn she picked up the same tools she had used on him and went to start cutting my nails. I stopped her and asked why she was using the same tools on me that she had just used on someone else and had not disinfected or cleaned them. It's so unhygienic in there. She made out she couldn't understand me but her colleague told her to spray the tools before using on me. She did an OK job but the thought of using the same equipment of everyone's feet every day, every week, every month is so disgusting I can never go back there. They clearly do not have any clue about cross contamination or hygiene at all

I went there for the first time today, unfortunately the lady who did the nail extensions was very bad, but they were polite and kind and I will never go back there.

I will never go there again...my nails were blue they never even took it all off so when she did French nails underneath you could still see blue not cheap either there a joke!!! They never offer to re do your nails for free either after there mistakes.

First visit today, toe nails are so untidy, I don't think the lady has ever done nails before and fingers nails are better but not great. Spent £65 and I am not happy at all. First and last time. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Terrible place, terrible service, will not be going back. First of all i had a lady doing my nails, she then started talking in a different language to another staff member and then left me and another staff member (man) took her place. Made absolutely no eye contact wasn’t friendly at all, came over and didn’t even show me the nail card and asked me what colour I wanted, I tried to grab the nail card to have a look and he turned it around so i couldn’t see it. When I finally had the nail design i wanted he grabbed the completely wrong nail polish and wasn’t listening when i said i wanted glitter. Although out he kept leaving me to have pot noodles and cigarettes. He was very rough with the nail cutters and buffers and was really hurting my finger. When the first coat was put on he didn’t even turn the nail dryer on, that led to my nail polish rubbing off and he just kept adding more and more coats until it was chunky. As my nails were drying he kept leaving me with the nail dryer off and by the end the lady who started doing my nails finished them. Bad quality, rude staff, terrible service, never going here again. Had my nails done today and they came out exactly as I wanted I had 3 of my kids with me and they where all kid friendly I’d definitely be going back so friendly and the salon was very clean

The staff are always polite and take their time. Unfortunately I think my acrylic nails are a little thin as three of them have snapped clean in half already, just from light duties.

Had a pedicure and a fresh set of acrylics and couldn't be happier! The pedicure was so relaxing and the service was outstanding. They fully soaked, exfoliated and moisturised my feet as well as painting my nails beautifully. There's loads of choice for colours, styles and types of polish you're spoilt for choice! I have chronic pain in my legs and feet and the pedicure was so soothing and I'm terrible for picking at my fingers but they were amazing in treating them. A lot of negative reviews on here are about service but I found all the staff to be brilliant, if a little to the point, which I appreciate. Definitely would recommend!

What can i say my daughter & granddaughter have there nails done here, staff are lovely. A very good choice of designs & colours. You wont be disappointed. Staff are lovely.
