This place has an amazing friendly atmosphere. Really great place to go and get a bite or a drink. They run events often for magic, D&d, Pokémon and others for both adults and kids. This is more than a gaming cafe. It is a community hub that it had brought and allowed to thrive. Can't say enough about how friendly the staff are. They sell board games, trading card games and TTRPG books and accessories.

I go here most days and the atmosphere is absolutely amazing . The people you meet here you will create almost like a family bond with. You don't have to pay got entry all they ask is you make use of the Cafe (which serves both food and drinks) teas, hot chocolates, coffees ect are all 2.50. Event entry is only 6 quid but even then it offers a freebie depending on which event it is eg--dnd you get a free drink. Do recommend to anyone who needs tj get out of the house.

We had a private party in their back room, the staff were attentive and super friendly even though the main shop was overflowing with customers. The food and drinks were good and everyone had a great time. Highly recommended.

Always love coming in store! I come down to play MTG and run D&D on Thursdays and Fridays respectively. The guys and gals there always make you feel at home from the minute you walk in, to the moment you leave.

Very welcoming staff. Great products selection available covering various collectable trading card games, board games and accessories. Open into the evening with events on. Serving a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, with snacks and treats also available. I can highly recommend the very generous waffles and ice cream. Recommended if you are in Newport, even if just for a coffee.

Really nice to see a game cafe open up in Newport. The people were super friendly and there were some board games to try here. Most people being their own games. The big downfall was unfortunately the food, the bread was very cheap and dry and vegan burger also very very dry. No sauces or salad. I want to support little place like this so gave 4 stars, not 3 and hopefully will see some improvements on the food in the future
