I have been looking online at numerous aluminium pergolas for sometime & came across George Streets Facebook post advertising that they had one on display, so thought it was worth the hour drive for my first visit to the store. Marcus was perfect to help with all my questions, as he actually has one himself & also installs for customers living within a certain radius of the store. Ordering was straightforward, I was kept up to date with the progress, a delivery date & time was arranged and Marcus & Luke done a great job at installing. My experience purchasing this pergola has been great & the quality is excellent. I am looking forward to getting much more use out of my hot tub now I can have the roof closed when it is raining, without losing the ability to be able to look up at the stars on a clear night with the roof open & the privacy screens are an additional bonus! I honestly cannot praise the service & this purchase enough and if this is something that you are thinking of then you will not be disappointed!

This was the second time visiting GSF and not one sales staff member their to help assist with the thousands I was to spend, not a staff member in site, therefore I walked straight back out and will spend my money In the places that did take interest in their customers and really will not waste my time again coming back.

No napkins with dessert and no apple in apple and rhubarb crumble. Crumble very cloggy and sticky. Although staff friendly and cafe pretty. Cakes not as displayed on Facebook page. Such a shame a disappointing visit

I’ve not been here for many years but today dropped in to have a look around. There is a small bit adequate carpark but getting in and out with traffic waiting at the lights isn’t easy. There is easy access with a wheelchair lift at the entrance to provide access to the ground floor reception and showrooms. There is an eclectic mix of sitting room furniture, hot tubs, bathrooms, rugs and most other assorted furniture you could ask for. The overall set up is quite disjointed and a bit tired with a mix of posters, price labels and posters touting various offers. A varied mix of furniture but not easy to navigate and you can easily get lost in the sprawling building

Catalogue of mistakes. Originally overcharged by £200 even though we queried the price. Waited 11 weeks for wardrobes to arrive and then they sent wrong size pieces, part missing and part damaged. Not what you expect for £700. I was also charged £30 delivery. We then had to travel to store to collect correct pieces (from Bristol area to Newport) ourselves but the store was unwilling to pay compensation or even petrol money. I was offered a credit note which I said was useless as no longer living in Wales. If you can shop else where I would.
