Nice little centre but not a patch on what it was before they remodelled it. And not alot to go in there for since wilkos closed

Modern shopping centre with standard range of outlets. Very clean and litter free.

Some great store's/shop's still there and open.

Nothing wrong with the centre itself but it's sad that all the shops shut. But also, I heard directly from one of the workers of a charity shop that they were kicked out with two weeks notice by the centre (without any reason) so I suppose it isn't surprising

This shopping centre used to be amazing back in the 80s and 90s. I remember as a kid, I would love exploring the stores on both the ground and sub levels. Now, it a mere shadow of it's former glory, with a few stores on one level, where the lower level was converted into parking. The stores that they do have are ok, but nowhere near the variety of its former golden years. A few lay empty, which is a testament to this dying town centre. Cwmbran and Cardiff are a better example of how this kinda of shopping centre should be done. Shame

Not bad could do with better shops. Vaping stands and empty shops not great. Higher market shops and decent bakery could be good

Great place. Clean and easily accessible. Not many decent shops any more. Cmon newport council. Drop the rates so more shops can open.

I love shopping here, you have to see alot of shops that sells different things.

Haven't been in the city(?) centre for months and on going here to park and walk through I remember why! Most of the so called shopping centre was shut down or empty along with the rest of the city(?) centre. Although some of the staff in the Kingsway centre were polite and helpful. Come on Newport City Council sort it out.

Love friars walk bringing a bit of life back to Newport 😀😀😀
