I held an initial conversation with a polite gentlemen called Anthony which seemed very positive but alarmingly after I sent them all of my private information including photo ID, bank statements, pay slips etc the trail went cold. They stopped replying to any of my repeated emails or WhatsApp messages. As I say it is concerning that as soon as I sent my private documents that they stopped replying. It’s a real concern what happened to my personal information. To this day I still have not had a response from them.

Attempted to remortgage with my provider to build and extension and was declined with no rationale. Initially I was going to accept the decision but decided to reach out to Anthony.
